Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Technology

MAIT, a group of technical institutions situated at Abohar, a trinity of the culture, ethnicity, and civilization of Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan located on the inter-state boundary of the country, symbolizes a very well conceived dream of transforming education in the region.

MAIT is governed by Social Service Welfare Society, a group of educationists. It was established in the year 2006, under Public Private Partnership made with State Govt. of Punjab through Directorate of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Chandigarh.

MAIT is spread across lush green landscape of 10 acres, state of the architecture, harboring more than 2000 students, 100 plus professionals teaching and non-teaching staff and best in technology and ambiance.

MAIT is unique global technical education house comprising of 5 streams in Polytechnic College, 10 trades in Industrial Training Institute and an Art and Craft college.
