At the national level, 22 National Law Universities in India offer undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) legal programs. To apply, candidate must take the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The consortium of National Law University, which is made up of representative university, is responsible for organizing CLAT. The CLAT exam is also used for recruitment and admission at a number of affiliated universities and organizations. The CLAT 2024 will be used for all admission to the five-year combined LL.B. and LL.M. programs starting in the academic year 2024-2025. ELIGIBILITY NATIONALITY, AGE LIMIT, QUALIFICATION UNDER GRADUATE NATIONALITY The CLAT UG eligibility criteria, individuals who meet the requirement can apply for the CLAT exam 2024, including Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), overseas citizens of India (OCIs), and Persons of Indians Origin (PIOs). International applicants for CLAT 2024 are welcome, but they need to have a current passport. AGE LIMIT The CLAT age limit of 2024 is the first requirement to be met when applying for the Common Law Admission Test. There is no maximum age to apply for the CLAT Entrance Exam 2024, as per the Consortium’s notification. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION You must have passed your 10+2 exam or an equivalent test from an accredited board or university in order to be eligible for CLAT 2024. Your educational background must also meet the requirement for eligibility for the CLAT exam. Assume that you fall under any of the following categories: General, OBC, PWD, NRI, PIO or OCI. Under such circumstances, in order to be eligible for the CLAT 2024 exam, you must receive at least 45% of the possible points in the Senior Secondary School Examination or the 12 th board examination. Individual who falls under the SC/ST categories are required to obtain 40% or a comparable percentage of marks in the 12 th grade. NRIs and foreign national must, however, apply for the exam using the NRI quote provided by the colleges that are taking part in the CLAT. AGE LIMIT An individual of any age can apply for LLM courses since there is no upper age limit for the CLAT PG exam. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION An individual can apply for CLAT PG 2024 if you are in your final year of qualifying examination. Candidates in the NRI/NRI sponsored category are admitted on the basis of their merit, and the relevant university allots the CLAT seats in accordance with the NRI quote. QUANTITATIV E TECHNIQUES The purpose of this CLAT 2024 section is to assess candidate’s ability to apply various 10 th standard mathematical operations as well as to drive, infer and manipulate numerical information presented in such passages, graphs, or other representative, Number theory and basic arithmetic, Time, distance and speed, Fractions and equations, Mixtures and allegations, Time and work, Probability, Average and percentages, Ration and proportion, Permutation and combination, Monetary evaluation. POST- GRADUATION SYLLABUS The official CLAT syllabus for post-graduation must be followed in order for candidates who wish to appear in the CLAT 2024 for LLM.
