Established in the Year 2002, under the aegis of Phoolwati Memorial Educational Trust. A unit of Phoolwati Institute of Law, Education & Technology, The Phoolwati Institute of Law, Aggarwal Mandi, Tatiri, Baghpat imparting education in the five year Law course after 10+2 and the three year Law Course after graduation from last 8 years.

It is affiliated to C.C.S. University Meerut. The Institute is approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. The Institute is open to all irrespective of sex, age, caste, creed and religion Faculty and students are drawn from all over India and purely on merit. Reservation in admissions are adhered to as per university norms.

The Law Institute, Tatiri, Baghpat aims to give the students the independence to use the abundant opportunities available and carve out own niche in their future professional life.
